    I made a booking for my birthday dinner. It was an amazing time and the staff were all really helpful and amazing in trying to get everyone’s order out on time and correctly as it was a big party.There were a few mixups but the team did really well in resolving them as quickly as possible. I had such an amazing time, the food was flavoursome and I will definitely be back for more celebrations.Kid-friendliness: Fantastic! The team were very friendly and accommodating with my toddler. His food came in a timely manner with ours so he felt like he was part of the entire dining service. They have good quality high chairs, provided Coloring sheets and twisty crayons.

    The host made sure we a good table by letting us move to a booth, as the customers were just finishing. The waitress was very polite and friendly and made sure our meal was perfect, the food came out hot and in a good time.All food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening out at Zizzi celebrating my husband's birthday

    Food was delicious. Clean and well decorated restaurant with air con. Service was great - Telling me about the Zizzi Perks and that little extra touch of humour and suggesting alternative toppings for something we wanted to exclude off a pizza. The only reason for stars rather than was that I felt I waited a little longer than needed for the table to be cleared between courses. But made up for by the great service once provided. Will absolutely be back again. Thank you for a lovely evening for our date night.

    Such a lovely meal and evening spent at Zizzi’s in Chatham.The food was great, we had the set menu which has such a variety and good choices - more than any other set menu I’ve known.The service was great, very prompt and with enough time between courses so you didn’t feel rushed.Our server was Rachel who was particularly attentive and knowledgeable on the dishes with recommendations.Great value too.
